Job Description :

- Managing the deliverables, productivity, and efficiency of team

- Production of daily P&L for a number of trading books.

- Reconciliation between front office spreadsheets and the back office P&L systems

- This reconciliation pertains to all P&L activity including valuation of positions, cash balances, funding and provisions.

- These responsibilities require a good understanding of trade information process flows between different departments within the bank (Front Office, Operations and Financial Accounting departments).

- Managing the review process for daily P&L reporting and associated reconciliations

- Drive the management of the month-end close process and ongoing monitoring of the daily P&L processes

- Ensure monthly close deadlines are met, including balance sheet controls, and various other internal/external reporting requirements

- Ensure compliance with all firm's financial policies and processes

- Assist in the continued development of Finance policies and procedures

- Coordinate preparation of compliance and support documentation for internal control and review purposes

- Partner with Accounting Policies Regional Head and Financial Control to ensure any updates to IFRS / US GAAP accounting standards are adhered to for existing and new business
