Due to expansion, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a seasonal Product Control candidate to take on a pioneer leadership role for setting up the Global Shared service function for Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies (FICC) products in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to a Head of Finance Operations, you would be responsible for managing a sizeable team which has grown considerably across fixed income and equities business. You would be responsible for global product control function for FICC products in India. The function would include PnL production and reporting, B/S reporting and substantiation, management reporting, PnL commentary among others. The role essentially would require you to engage with business function heads globally and migrate the function to India. Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across the trading finance function would be critical to the role.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a confident and mature qualified accountant with at least 12 years of total experience with relevant experience of atleast 6 years in Product Control/ Middle Office experience within the Investment Banking. You will have strong exposure to derivatives financial product control and prior managerial experience. An experience within process/system migration/change management would be an advantage. You will possess strong communication skills and would have a track record of managing client relationships globally.
