What we expect from you
- Extensive Digital or Technolgy Product Management experience with full end-to-end product lifecycle responsibility, including go-to-market, product positioning and cost responsibility/understanding.
- The ability to serve as a champion for our client/user needs and work with our product teams to bring to life the solutions that solve problems and create real value.
- Experience developing platform visions and strategies or fundamentally redeveloping an existing capability set.
- Direct experience leading digital/technology product teams in an agile environment.
- Previous experience developing product strategy
- Strong background in market and competitive analysis
- Self-starter who can collaborate and lead across multiple workstreams and internal stakeholder groups
- Ability to bring others on the journey - not just telling the story with data, but also creating a compelling vision and reason(s) to believe in the direction of travel.
- It's a bonus if you have experience with platform transformation programmes and/or understand analytics platform trends and how they will impact our industry.
