Job Brief :
As a Director Presales , you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will include managing the pre-sales team which understands the customer's needs and pitching the company's products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and guide the pre sales team to developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Guiding the team and managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and products & competitor landscapes
- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
What we are looking for:
- You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- You have strong presentation skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
