Our Client: Is a leading MNC Retained Executive Search firm HQ in the USA. Operating in 15+ Countries. More than 10 years in India. They have 2 offices in India as of now Mumbai and Pune with a team of 30+ people. They are keen to open offices in Bangalore and Delhi as well. It is a highly cash rich company, hence not getting impacted much by the current Covid situation. They have 11-12 different practice areas like, BFSI, Insurance Legal, Pharma, Chemical, Automobile, Auto and ancillary, IB KPO etc. They largely do CEO and 1-2 level down searches for various clients. Our client has a very good variable model, where you CTC can go as high as 30-40% of the revenue generated.
JD: Practice Head (Director)- Digital (E commerce) & IT Practice
Role reports to , CEO India and he is also heading Non BFSI vertical for Asia Pacific.
Incumbent will be responsible for setting up Digital & IT Practice for our client in India
Entire BD, Client Relationship Management and Execution will come under his/her purview.
He will responsible for building his/her own team to support
This role can be located at any locations like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi or Pune.
Candidate Desirables:
- Should have 12+ years of experience
- Should be currently generating a revenue of 3-4 Cr
- Should be working in retained mandates
- Should have worked on leadership hires, in most of his career
- Should have been doing business development, should have been having good relationships with various companies in the lines of Ola, Uber, Flipkart, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro etc.
Our client is willing to foray into IT Services and e Commerce, IT Product Industries to do Leadership Hirings.
Average revenue per closure should be around 10-15 lacs.
