Responsibilities :

- Establish and lead the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational and industrial sector objectives.

- Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and methodologies tailored to Industrial Automation and IIOT.

- Oversee the project and program portfolio, focusing on Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) & IT Product Engineering space.

- Ensure effective resource allocation, risk management, and alignment with industrial automation and digitalization initiatives.

- Engage with stakeholders in the industrial sector, understand their needs, and align projects accordingly.

- Drive innovation in end-to-end product development and engineering services in software & electronic hardware/embedded systems.

- Regularly report on PMO performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the context of industry standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in PMO leadership and Portfolio Management within the Industrial Automation, IIOT, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of industrial sector trends, technologies, and challenges.

- Proficient in project management software and tools specific to industrial applications.

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
