Director Platforms: Identity

- Candidate must have current and deep experience of operating systems and the suite of Identity and Access Management products. This includes very deep Active Directory and Identity Management product skills and experience with Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM) or preferably Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), and considerable experience with deployment in extremely complex environments including integration with messaging platforms like Exchange. The candidate should have experience and exposure in implementing user centric identity management systems in large IT organizations (likes of Yahoo, Google, Facebook etc.)

KRAs :

- An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different frameworks that may be used by our customers.

- Candidate must apply advanced analysis skills and experience to provide detailed reliable solutions and estimates for service implementations.

- Strong leadership and good understanding of competitive technologies to properly assess feasibility of migrating or integrating with solutions hosted on, various platforms.

- Candidate shall work with potential vendors to arrive at solution in line with the organizations vision.

Functional Competencies

- Deep knowledge in identity management technologies including Single Sign On, Federation, Cloud Based Identity Management, User Profiling, Static and Dynamic Profiles, Social Identity etc.

- Good understanding of federation and authorization platforms such as Active Directory Federation Services, Windows Cardspace, Windows Identity Foundation, and Active Directory Rights Management Services.

- Good understanding of Exchange and other messaging platforms.

- Experience in other authentication technologies, such as UAG and ISA is desirable.

- An understanding of identity and directory trends in the industry, such as virtual directories, meta directory and federation standards.
