Director - Planning & Strategy

Leading Commercial Real Estate organization

Key Functions :

- Head the Planning & Strategy Functions of Project Development Management & Core Acquisition.

- Will be responsible for Planning, Strategy, design management, innovation, risk management, sustainability, cost management, internal audit, ethics & Compliance

- Due diligence of new opportunities at strategic level, investor coordination & reporting, formulation and maintain process and practices

Core Functions :

- Development planning - schedule, cost, quality, cash flows, EHS etc

- Design management - design intent generations, specifications formulations, coordinate and manage design with external & internal teams

- Innovation and sustainability

- Risk Management in Project development - risk assessment

Desired Candidate profile :

- Bachelor/Master in Civil/Architecture

- MBA - Premium Institute

- 25-30 yrs work experience in commercial real estate

- Global work experience will be an advantage

- Currently on a salary package of 75-80 lacs
