Manager /Sr.Manager - Planning and Instock

Improve product availability/in-stock while balancing the cost aspects of inventory and logistics. This would involve :

- Prepare business cases for new charters to improve product availability while improving inventory efficiency; and aligning leadership for the same

- Implement such charters by driving initiatives with various stakeholders in Growth, Category, Merchandising and Supply Chain

- Work closely with Growth and Category teams to run the S&OP process to finalize the demand and supply plans

- Design and executing inventory policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment

- Design the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve deployment performance

- Define scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes

- Work closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes

- 10-12 years professional experience in instock and planning .

- Willingness to work on field and get hands dirty

- Proficient in MS excel.

- Tier 1 MBA graduates preferred .
