Our client is seeking for a Director to join them in their digital performance media team whose focus will be on paid search and paid social for various brands across E-commerce, BFSI, Travel, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, etc. Key Responsibility Areas: Account Management - Oversee and monitor client status, satisfaction, and growth on the agency's accounts. - Develop, define and activate multi-market accounts best practices and corporate strategy in terms of leadership, proactive service and collaborative practices that drive marketing performance and account growth. - Drive the strategic agenda from a performance/activation perspective with a special focus on paid and organic search. - Own the strategic development for digital including cross-channel integration and measurement. Client Leadership - Develop approaches and practices that drive organic growth (cross-sell existing services, sell new services) - Independently leads performance and strategy presentations as and when required - Solves client problems and uses conflict management skills within a professional environment Team Leadership &amp; Development - Embraces and encourages a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity. - Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet clients- business objectives. - Drives adoption of account management best practices by example setting, positive reinforcement, and behavioral correction. - Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members New Business - Lead and work on designated and priority pitches. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from a reputed university/b school, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred; Master's degree in business, advertising or marketing optimal - 6 to 10 years- experience in digital marketing in an agency environment with the com - Successfully worked in as a Sr. Manager / Associate Director or equivalent role in the digital media space for a minimum of 2 years - 3 years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people - Proven success in stakeholder management - Proven experience in delivering clear, strategic presentations to C-level marketing executives
