Director - Performance & Reward - Gulf Region

Hiring Director Performance & Rewards.

Location: Chennai, India (Frequent travel to KSA & Egypt).

Experience: 15+ years.

Reporting: Head HR.

About the Role:

- We are seeking a strategic leader to drive HR digital transformation, organizational development (OD), and performance & rewards management(expertise).

- The Director - Digital HR, OD, and Performance & Reward will lead HR innovation, workforce planning, and compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- This role requires a forward-thinking HR leader who can mentor teams, integrate digital tools, and optimize HR processes across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and India.

- This role is based in Chennai, India, but requires close collaboration with HR teams across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and India.

- Frequent travel to KSA and Egypt will be required.

Key Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Digital HR, OD, and Performance & Rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in HR digital transformation, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.

- Strong knowledge of GCC total rewards and compensation structures (especially Saudi Arabia).

- Experience in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and performance management systems.

- Master's degree in HR or Business Administration; SHRM-CP, CIPD, or HRIS certifications are a plus.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
