Director - Payout Solution Sales
Responsibilities:
- Plan & achieve the assigned Sales goals for Self and Team, with a defined IC/Team goal structure.
- Collaborate & work closely with internal business teams, to understand the short term and long term needs of the business and plan ahead for any resourcing needs.
- Work aggressively towards developing the identified Industries/Segments with focus on long-term and complete portfolio-depth business relationships.
- Work with the VP Sales to prioritize the goals for the business unit. Set both short term and long-term goals for the teams individually and together.
- Have a positive and aggressive outlook towards identifying and leveraging opportunities for achieving business engagement and sales within the assigned region.
- Be responsible for growing sales team and individual contributors in your team. Provide constant and constructive feedback to the managers.
- Be a guiding role model for all the sales team managers display a sense of ownership in terms of leading from the front.
- Participate in building the modern payments technology and banking infrastructure with the fastest growing Fintech company in India.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
- New Customer Acquisition in the Payments Gateway and Payouts domain.
- Achieve assigned Targets consistently and collectively as a team for the Region.
Ideal candidate:
- A performer with a proven track record of achieving individual and Team targets.
- Good connections and network with decision-makers within Industries as relevant to the Payment Gateway business.
- Passion towards the next generation of payment solutions and should be a natural at leading people.
- Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interacting with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive, and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry.
- Should have around 10-14 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the Payment Gateway solutioning/sales roles.
- Should be open to traveling across the region.
