Job Roles and Responsibilities :
We invite you to be part of the Leadership team to strategize, build and grow revenue streams through cloud partnerships. We are looking for a Tech savvy sales leader, to define cloud partner ecosystem. Responsible for building the revenue pipeline for the company solutions & services in Data/AI workstreams. We prefer leaders who have deeper understanding of partner ecosystem in Microsoft/AWS/GCP and have personally built business and scaled revenues for services companies.
We consult and deliver solutions to enterprises where data is at the centre of decision making. We are rapidly scaling and looking for leaders who can complement the team and craft the success story jointly. Ability to carry out independent discussions with CXOs, CDO's and most important an honest individual, thinker, well connected and entrepreneurial!

Qualification and Experience :
1. 10+ years of proven consultative sales experience, partnership development or business development
2. 5+ years of recent experience in building cloud partnerships (Azure/GCP/AWS) for digital/data companies in the North America region
3. Should have grown from technical ranks, ability to understand technology landscape and converse fluently with CIOs, CDOs, internal teams on technology choices and articulate business value
4. Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques in Data Analytics/AI/Data management
5. Experience in crafting sales strategy, channel management, defining territory plans, financial acumen to structure and manage multi-year/multi-million contracts
6. Experience of working with delivery teams in India and servicing North America customers
7. Customer-centric, providing value to customer should be the top priority
8. Entrepreneur Skills to build business/teams, decisive leader, and effective coach
9. Appreciate Data-driven leadership, eye for design with a natural flair for storytelling with data
10. Natural leader, motivational and energetic, with a high emotional intelligence
