Role overview :


- Identify and execute partnerships resulting in growth opportunities.


- Build growth and strategy for avenues outside digital marketing to target right customer segment.


- Reach out to potential partners ranging from B2C brands, corporates and any other partners with customer synergies.


Skillsets and requirements :


- Passionate pedigree candidates with 5+ years of experience into Partnerships & alliances


- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. Much like a consulting approach.


- Aggressive: "Take no prisoners" approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the partnerships director should have the same all-consuming drive.


- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.


Your Experience :


- With a minimum of 5 years experience in strategy, partnerships and alliances, you should have demonstrated experience.


- Your qualifications are less important than your talent, your energy and your ability to get things done, quickly. Experience in EdTech or E-commerce will be an asset.
