Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative business models to increase the accessibility and value of Healthify's services, driving growth through strategic lead generation and partnership-driven sales initiatives.

- Revenue Management: Generate and manage the revenue function for the region, ensuring that financial objectives are met and exceeded through effective partnership strategies.

- Business Expansion: Lead the charge in developing and expanding our business partnerships, utilizing market data and trends to identify new opportunities and areas for significant growth.

- Account Management: Oversee and manage accounts with strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and growth, and addressing challenges proactively to maintain and strengthen relationships.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team dedicated to partnership development, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields, ideally with significant exposure to the healthcare, insurance, or wellness industries.

- A proven track record of developing and overseeing complex partnerships, particularly within insurance, banking, and media sectors.

- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage significant relationships that drive business growth and market expansion.

- Strong leadership capabilities, experienced in steering teams and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for nurturing internal and external relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
