This individual should be an experienced Director/Partner, providing risk advisory services specifically for clients in the Industrial (Real Estate, Auto motive, Heavy Engineering) or Consumer (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Hospitals) sector.
She/he will cover South India and will be based in Bengaluru. Individual will advise dynamic companies (MNCs, listed companies, large owner managed businesses with global aspirations) across Risk services - Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Process Reviews, Corporate Governance reviews, Cost optimization reviews. It is critical that s/he do this in collaboration with the existing team.
The incumbent will be responsible to drive growth and meet strategic plan of the Firm., to advance the Firm's mission and objectives and constantly identify growth opportunities in the market and build delivery capability in the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify areas of strategic growth of the Risk Advisory business and analyze to build business case for achieving company's long term vision
- Plan and develop strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the areas of work assigned and achieving business goals
- Focus on Industrial / Consumer Sector - Non IT
- Collaborate and identify business opportunities based on the new Partner's own network and in cooperation with company's global & domestic network of contacts
- Lead, generate and deliver Risk & Controls engagements viz., Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Process Reviews, Corporate Governance reviews, Cost optimization reviews
- Deepen client relationship to increase share of wallet
- Collaborate with other practices to identify opportunities, cross sell work for other practices
- Build and manage relationship with CxOs / Management, Audit Committee and Board
- Deliver high quality services to clients
- Lead Thought Leadership initiatives
