Roles and Responsibilities:
1) M&A advisory services & Resource Raising.
2) Rich experience of Financial Model audits across various sectors and geographical areas, handling consultancy assignments, Project and Credit Appraisals.
3) Service delivery to client, including regular updates, reporting and delivery of advice.
4) Project execution and management, from the ‘Proposal’ stage up to ‘Client service assessment’ stage.
5) Developing strategies to explore business opportunities with existing as well as prospective clients.(Business Development)
6) Buyer side and Seller side Due Diligences, valuation and Term Sheet preparation activities for the purposes of IPO, Merger & Acquisitions.
7) Coordinated in preparation of Electronic Data Room
8) Experience in External audit engagements.
9) Monitored teams performing specific engagements such as Review of Business Financial Models; Business Excellence Models; examining matters related to Code of Conduct and Ethics.
10) Developed strong expertise in developing investment/acquisition thesis, financial modeling, valuation and structuring of deals both from commercial and regulatory aspects.
11) Overseeing deal execution and deal closures.
