Role Overview:
As a Director/Partner specializing in Legal and Compliance Management Solutions, you will be responsible for the development and leadership of our practice in this domain. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including practice development, pre-sales, solutions design, sales, delivery, client management, and overall go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the Legal and Compliance Management Solutions practice.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of the field.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team capable of delivering services in areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Legal research, Litigation support, Data Privacy, and Corporate Secretarial.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Service Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Utilize new-age RegTech tools and technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and OCR, to enhance service delivery.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Sales and Pre-Sales:
- Drive the sales process, including client acquisition and proposal development.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and proposing customized solutions.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to position the Legal and Compliance Management Solutions practice as a market leader.
- Collaborate with other business units to create synergies and integrated offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years of post-qualification experience in Legal and Compliance Management Solutions.
Educational Background: LLB/LLM; Additional qualifications such as CS, CIPP, MBL will be advantageous.
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in team management and service delivery in Legal and Compliance domains.
- Expertise in utilizing new-age RegTech tools, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and OCR.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to adapt to changing legal and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management and team collaboration.
