Designation - Director / Partner

Location - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-

1) Financial due diligence on different sectors and Various Listed and unlisted Public and Private Limited firms.

2) Service delivery to client, including regular updates, reporting and delivery of advice.

3) Project execution and management, from the ‘Proposal’ stage up to ‘Client service assessment’ stage.

4) Developing strategies to explore business opportunities with existing as well as prospective clients.

5) Supervising financial due diligence mreviews for strategic buyers, financial investors and companies requiring investment.

6) Buyer side and Seller side Due Diligences, valuation and Term Sheet preparation activities for the purposes of IPO, Merger & Acquisitions.

7) Coordinated in preparation of Electronic Data Room

8) Experience in External audit engagements.

9) Monitored teams performing specific engagements such as Review of Business Financial Models; Business Excellence Models; examining matters related to Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Desired candidate :-

- CA with 10+ years of experience with any of the consulting firms in Financial Due Diligence.
