Director - Origination - Financial Institution Group

Position - Director FIG - Origination ( This position is with a leading10,000crs plus Financial Services entity

- Relationship Management with NBFC,'s for Origination of business from NBFC and other Financial Institution

- Will be responsible for meeting Targets

- This position will report into the Sr.Director for the FIG Group

Role Objective :

- Responsible for leading business and client relationship management for a portfolio of small finance banks and large NBFCs

- TO Unlock value for the CLIENT by structuring large/small business and retail loan pools

- Structuring and negotiation the deal to suit institutional investors in debt markets

Candidate Requirements :

- MBA/CA with 8-14 years of experience in Business Development and Relationship Management of domestic Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Structured Products in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ NBFC/ Rating Agency etc.

- Should have worked in the FIG group in a Bank/ Financial Institution/ in Debt Capital Markets or NBFC

- Should have good relationship with senior people in these entities

- Good Communication and Relationship Management Skills
