Our Client: One of the leading construction companies in the Kingdom is looking for a Director of Organizational Excellence to join their team.
Your Role:
- The company is actively seeking an experienced Director of Organizational Excellence to oversee and manage all aspects related to organizational design, job evaluations, and compensation schemes. This pivotal role entails designing and executing organizational structures that are in line with the company's strategic goals and objectives. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and guidance to the HR team, working closely with other business leaders to foster a positive work culture, promote employee engagement, and facilitate effective communication.
- The incumbent will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing organizational structures and job evaluations that effectively support the company's strategic goals and objectives. They will also be tasked with designing and formulating compensation schemes and matrices that align with industry benchmarks and ensure internal equity.
- Furthermore, the role will involve providing guidance and support to the HR team throughout the implementation process of organizational structures, job evaluations, and compensation schemes. Additionally, close collaboration with other business leaders will be essential in identifying organizational design and compensation needs, and subsequently developing and implementing solutions to address those needs.
Must Haves:
- The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field. They should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on organizational design, job evaluations, and compensation schemes, with at least 5 years of expertise in these areas. The candidate should demonstrate strong experience in designing organizational structures and developing compensation schemes and matrices.
- They should have an excellent understanding of HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and HR systems. The ability to work collaboratively with other business leaders and stakeholders is crucial, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should possess strong leadership and decision-making skills and effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Korn Ferry, job evaluation methodology, is a requirement. Furthermore, the candidate must have previously led a similar function, even if in a managerial role, for at least 5 years.
