- Manage and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams globally, regionally, locally and Shared Services and with our complex stakeholder management across our decentralized operating model to deliver services. This will require managing multiple time zones and travel across various sites and any vendor delivery centers. - Develop, implement, and oversee L2C policies and procedures as with Finance Legal and Commercial teams responsible for dedicated processes within L2C documented - Establish, monitor, and report enterprise-level process metrics related to L2C, in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Reporting team - Identify, develop and drive process standardization and improvements for L2C in partnership with Finance, Legal and Commercial teams - Define appropriate process controls, ensure processes are conducted in compliance with all internal and external policies, standards and regulations - Collaborate with other Global Process Owners to ensure approach alignment and share best practices - Provide guidance and direct activities of process subject matter experts - Assess and complete process design, re-engineering or re-mapping related to L2C - Lead processes, tools, and technology integration of newly acquired companies into L2C - Continue to identify new processes to migrate to shared services as the capability becomes more experienced and mature - Provide leadership and direction for all L2C processes and related tools during and after Global Business Process transitions - Manage and maintain end-to-end design for L2C processes to facilitate delivery of services in accordance with requirements of the Statement of Work - To support the design and to own the end to end Lead to Cash (L2C) Commercial, Legal and Finance processes including: - Design Principles and related Policies / Core Business Model - High level business process flows - Fully documented Global Business Process template design for each major sub-process - Financial controls and Reports within each process - Lead change management, continuous improvement, quality control and transformation related to L2C - Partner with IT leadership for the planning, design and subsequent implementation activities - Work seamlessly across IT, Finance, Legal, Client Team and other functions at a global, regional and local level - Effectively manage and partner with case teams and external vendors, including but not limited to leading RFP processes and less formal processes to select technology platforms and third party contractors - Operationalize L2C processes and oversee operation on a day-to-day basis - Monitor and course correct L2C process through analytics and assessment of L2C dashboard of performance metrics - Negotiate and change behaviors with partnership to maximize firm-wide L2C value - Influence senior stakeholders to support in the compliance of target ways of working across L2C JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education or Certifications - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred Work Experience - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in an internal or external consulting role responsible for driving global process and system change initiatives - Good knowledge of end to end business processes (Lead to Cash and sub-processes) - Strong leader with clear vision, advanced analytical skills. - Self-starter who challenges the status quo and initiates and leads change - Dynamic, proactive problem solver, innovative, cultural awareness, customer focused, achievement oriented, excellent negotiation skills - ERP expertise is very desirable - Prior large-scale, global transformation leadership experience across multiple domains - Experience working for a complex global professional services organization - Experience in establishing global E2E operations for core company processes - Experience working in, building relationships and driving change with complex stakeholder management across a largely decentralised operating model. - Proven ability to create strategic business cases aligned to new investments - Proven success in effectively managing global, virtual teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to professionally manage conflict resolution - Expert in Microsoft Office Products Travel requirements (if applicable) - International travel as required to make global change initiatives successful
