Director - Operations - Switchgear/Electrical & Power

We are looking for Director Operations for leading Electrical & Power Company to be based in Mumbai.

- Strong experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Operational Excellence, Vendor Management, SCM & Revenue management.

- Role is to handle Complete operations, SCM, Manufacturing & Vendor development.

- Strong expertise in Electrical Switch gear business.

- Should have managed business unit.

- Experience in operational excellence for electrical & power sector.

- Varied experience of Operations, SCM, Manufacturing & Inventory management.

- Ensure Process engineering and system is in place and develop new methods for all the processes in manufacturing

- Prepare strategy for consistent growth in line with the organisational requirement

- Minimum 16 to 22 years experience in similar industry.

Switch gear expertise is must.

- B.Tech & MBA Preferred.

- Strong leadership traits and team management expertise required.
