Director - Operations (Workplace Testing & Reporting Services)

Job Description :

- You would be responsible for the operational deliverables of ~50 associates, led via deliver managers, working on multiple processes of the above and deliver results / reports to Plan sponsors (Clients) within stipulated deadline to help meeting their regulatory requirements.

The Value You Deliver :

- The role requires high degree of maturity to lead large team (~50+ people), aim to transform the current processes & positively influencing to work with extended partners.

- Understand the objectives and initiatives related to client projects and work with the organization to ensure that resources are allocated, project plans are defined, utilized, and handled to ensure that deliverables are met.

- Identify, evaluate, initiate, and supervise the execution of functional and cross-functional process improvement projects that meet service, quality, and efficiency goals.

- Collaborate with peers and the leadership team on process improvement ideas and procedure enhancements and opportunities to improve the customer service experience.

- Construct and empower high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions while encouraging a continuous learning environment. Ensure right hiring, capability development, mobility, engagement & performance assessment of the team is done.

- Continuous focus on strengthening the relationship with US partner to provide the best experience to our employees and customers.

- Demonstrate thought leadership to drive delivery excellence & functional excellence.

Key Skills :

Technical/ Behavioral :

- The right candidate will have a deep understanding of Defined Contributions (DC) domain with a strong operation background.

- Demonstrate leadership behaviors to promote a diverse and inclusive environment, and ensures all associates are provided a safe and respectful workplace.

- Act as a critical issue point and utilize broad book of business knowledge to provide support for the issues at hand.

- Strong people leadership skills. Proven track record to lead people managers and IC managers.

- Consistent record to encourage confidence, build executive presentations and guide strategic discussions with senior management & strong partner management skills.

- Experience of driving process improvements with dedication to quality and high standards.

- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and define drivers of business success.

Other Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

- Overall 15+ years of experience in leading operations.

- 8+ years in people management is a MUST.

- Prior background in Defined contribution domain.

- Prior experience in process design and automation is desirable.
