Director Operations ( Project Management Office )

Essentials:

- Prior experience of project managing large projects / customers

- Should have good exposure / experience in various roles in Delivery (customer facing / account management / delivery management)

- Prior experience in business facing roles and business analysis skills

Role / Expectations of this position:

- Detail / refine each program in terms of objectives, KPIs /metrics, milestones, resource commitments and desired outcomes

- Facilitate cross-functional allocation of responsibility /milestones and linkage with management KRAs

- Drive execution focus through continuous engagement and informed analysis of current status and inter-dependence across milestones etc.

- Develop and institutionalize framework / approach for each program, basis external research and internal syndication

- Identify / benchmark the appropriate lead indicators and quantify the impact for the various programs

- Define a multi- layered review framework for lead indicator-based monitoring of program execution

- Work directly with a core team and mentor, build and manage a small core team and work with senior leaders across the company.
