B. Content & Context Factors :

- His main role shall be sourcing material, dealing with recyclers, Collectors (aggregators, retail chains and bulk consumers)

- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement

- Driving the business to increase profits

- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures

C. Critical Success Factors (CSF)

- Candidates should have experience in the similar domain

- Must have handled larger operations in B2B/B2C domain

- Candidates from E-waste material sourcing companies would be preferred (Candidates from Electronics, Durables, Technology, IT Hardware industries will be considered provided they are involved in E-waste sourcing or like)
