Director - Operations
- Manage long and short term product and process strategies to meet company and client expectations.
- Conduct departmental audits to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
- Develop and implement operations strategies to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste/redundancy
- Supervise all operations managers and staff; motivate participation towards operational goals
- Create a customer-focused and positive team spirit
- Monitor workloads, coach and motivate staff with clear goals and feedback
- Participate in management meetings; provide consultative feedback to management and superiors; provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation and evaluation of modifications to operations, systems and procedures
- Monitor operations budget; evaluate and implement opportunities to reduce operational costs
- Contribute to strategic and business planning
- Represent the company at various community, industry, or business meetings
- Promote existing or new programs to clients
- Other duties as business needs require
- End to end project management and client servicing
Prerequisites :
- 10 years experience as ops manager and or 2 years experience as ops director in managing team leaders and people management skills with managers for a span of control of minimum 50 staff.
- Preferable age 30-35
- Market research industry into qualitative research preferred
- Knowledge of retail and hospitality
- Customer service centric
- Experience in handling direct major India clients and International as well
- Ability to start a new department and new structure on their own
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for a team in a day
- Excellent track record to follow up and ensure daily tasks are achieved
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make presentation and recommendation to top management
- Proactive and self driven
- Motivated and passionate
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Able to work with minimal supervision
