Role title : Director - Operations - UK based Shared Services Setup

Our client is one of the major player in Insurance domain in the EU. They have multiple captive setups PAN India. These centers handle captive as well as very selected third party processes in India.

Following is a brief Job Description of the role :

- Candidate must have an experience in Insurance/Life and Pension vertical

- This position will be responsible for a specific Operations Department managing global day-to-day operating activities, product and service delivery, Turn Times, SLA Adherence, revenue recognition and growth, expense, cost and margin control, monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management, group profitability, customer interaction and efficiency and efficacy metrics

- Sufficient experience, including supervisory experience, to maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization and manage end to end operations of international processes and clients.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and policies and procedures.

- Ability to effectively communicate information, including responding to questions, to reportees and subordinates one-on-one or in groups.

- Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adapt to constantly changing business environment

- Partner with Six Sigma Team and other servicing business units to continually update / upgrade / improve programs for better results.

- Annual reviews of direct reports

- Assist with interview and hiring needs

- Perform staffing analysis on a monthly basis to ensure staffing needs are met.
