Director - Operations - FMCG

- Assist the senior management team in setting goals that promote company growth

- Oversee the daily activity of the team

- Prepare budgets, schedules, and other organisational reports as needed

- Engineering backgrounds prior to developing their career in Operations - it is expected that suitable candidates will have relevant engineering qualifications

- Experience in leading and directing successful operational change within food/drinks FMCG manufacturing companies

- Strategic experience in shaping operations and working at Board level

- Expertise in leading, implementing, and developing site relevant lean processes
