Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

The role holder will be a part of a core team consisting of founders and senior management. He/she is responsible for developing, evaluating and flawlessly executing systems and processes within the organization.

These systems will range across the marketing, branding, administrative mix - from ensuring deployment of the right marketing mix, advertising plan, accounting / HR service positioning to smoothening out existing processes of liasing with clients, ensuring timely engagement with them towards the goal of positive testimonials from them which can be used to raise brand profile.

Alongside he/she would be required to actively bring in clients and don a servicing mantle.

Key Tasks:

1) Operations: Set in place systems and processes that set a strong foundation for the firm. These processes include internal processes - resource mapping and allocation, team restructuring and a training schedule to professionalize the firm's daily functioning. Amongst external processes - streamlining the response process with clients, current and potential, from prospecting to conversion to daily operations.

2) Business Development & Customer Relationship Management: This involves meeting clients, making presentations to new prospects, drafting proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals.

- He/she needs to be responsible for making monthly projections and achieving given sales targets, understanding client needs, liaisoning with clients.

- The roles requires extensive hands-on experience in business opportunity mapping, market expansion strategy, positioning/segmentation and building brands out of the start up space

- Building the brand experience through digital, social media and the website: Ensure the delivery of the brand promise translates into a memorable customer experience online. Develop engagement campaigns for segmented target groups with differentiated strategies across online platforms.

- Partner and Media Management: To ensure smooth partnership between vendors (PR, digital, social, website, advertising agencies) and timely and quality execution.

Key Skills: Project management skills to carry out multiple tasks in a project to their logical conclusion

Strong networking and influencing skills

Negotiation and relationship management skills

Experience : 4-8 years of relevant experience

Qualification : MBA from a Premier B School

Notice Period : Within 30 Days
