A leading BPO in Mumbai is looking for Director- Operations role

Responsibilities :

- Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.

- Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations.

- Keep morale high, Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognition's.

- Promote an open-door policy, Remain available to the team and encourage a collaborative environment.

- Drive Sutherland forward, Oversee, document, and report on project financials.

Qualifications :

Experience Requirements : 10+ years of relevant experience in the travel, BPO, or airlines industry

Other Requirements : Have a valid passport.
