They seek an exceptional leader to support the growth of their India operations, based in Mumbai

Job Description - As the Director of Operations, you will be reporting directly to the India CEO. In addition you will be responsible for a total team size of about 500+ FTEs with the clear growth plan of making it closer to 800+ FTEs across various business functions. Additionally, your role will include:

- Aligning the global strategy of the group and manifesting it into the India operations set up

- Driving service delivery standards through efficient process management

- Governing and managing vendor relations and partnerships

- Developing & maintaining global stakeholder relationships in order to further the Indian footprint with the organization and representing the India capability.

- As part of the core India management team, planning, strategy development and financial management will be critical functions that fall under the purview of responsibilities.

- Lead, motivate and develop the talent at the group.

- Supporting quality & 6 sigma initiatives as well as fostering a risk-mitigation mind set within the business.

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 12 years of experience, from the Banking & Financial Services Industry and MUST have proven expertise in managing large teams in excess of 500 FTEs, driving migrations/transitions and working in a global environment. You will have an MBA/PG equivalent from a top tier institute and will have exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.
