Director - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of retail, supply chain, and warehousing operations.

- Lead and mentor a team of HODs and their teams.

- Develop and implement efficient systems, processes, and procedures.

- Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning.

- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in leading retail, supply chain, and warehouse teams.

- Strong understanding of business operations from the ground up.

- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, business intelligence software).

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
