Director - Operational Risk - BFSI

- As a Director you will be responsible for leading on the creation of the Control Testing plan, incorporating both mandatory and risk-based testing and completing testing in line with the prevailing control plan.

- You will be required to manage and coordinate all aspects of operational risk, other aspects of testing activity provided to the front office.

- You will own the development of above control areas, identify risk and with a regular engagement with senior stakeholders.

- You will be required to work in partnership with a wide variety of stakeholders across Business Units and functions that would include risk and internal audit.

Desirable candidate should be/have:

- Post Graduate professional with relevant experience relating to operational risk, risk management, control testing.

- Extensive experience (approx. 16 years) in one or more of the following: Operational Risk Management; or Risk and Control related discipline.

- Experience of working in a Bank or Financial Services; Excellent understanding of risk and control assessment techniques; and

- Excellent communication skills
