Job Opportunity: Director - Chennai Office (Oil & Gas Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Director to lead our Chennai Office and drive growth in the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing sector. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing operations, engineering excellence, and business development for key projects in Dubai & Dammam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic business growth initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.

- Oversee engineering operations to ensure production efficiency and resource management.

- Drive innovation, process improvements, and cost-reduction strategies.

- Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee development.

- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Science/Engineering (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing.

- Expertise in Marketing & Business Development (both in India & abroad).
