Project Director (New Projects)

- We are hiring a Director of New Projects for our client, a large conglomerate having made its foray into urban school education in the last decade.

- The Director will work closely with the CEO and Trustee for new school projects, project delivery timeframes, communication, information sharing, problem-solving, and dispute management.

- S/he will work closely with Cross-Functional Teams to coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope and will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of the project, and present reports for management regarding the status of the project.

- The incumbent will be enabling the educational projects, Green / Brown Field Projects, and programs to run successfully and effectively.

- S/he will work with colleagues across the organization and network to develop new and existing projects that work towards achieving the School's mission & vision. S/he will be leading a team comprising of project coordinators for various projects under the aegis of the Trust and the School.

- The position requires a senior leader with substantial experience as a Project Director.

- S/he should have a successful track record of managing a project from ideation to execution stage with prior experience of successful project launches along with their market fit and revenues deliverables being achieved. Prior experience in the education domain would be an added advantage.

- The position is based in Delhi NCR.
