Title:

Education Qualification : BE/B.Tech

Experience : 20+ Years of Experience in Telecom field

Responsibilities:

- He is the overall LTE Technical heads for the project

- Direct and supervise overall LTE Technical Project/operations and administrative tasks.

- Initiate performance oriented strategies.

- Initiate and develop network quality improvement programs.

- Recommend changes to improvise performances of Technical department.

- Organize for effective working of Network implementation, operations and maintenance.

- Customer interaction at NHQ level with Infotel NHQ Technical team.

- Team building activities to motivate the technical team.

- Ensure Technical lead job allocation is as per defined roles and responsibility.

- Responsible for all network hardware/Software related up gradation/expansion initiation, planning and implementation.

- Analyze and resolve Typical /Critical issues in coordination with Deployment & R&D within stipulated timelines as agreed with customer (SLA’s).

- Tracking, Monitoring & Resolution of Technical issues at National Level.

- Validate analysis on network report to diagnose hardware faults along with network performance on daily basis to ensure network KPI’s are maintained as agreed in contract

- Co ordinate with other technical teams such as RF, P&O, Customer Technical team, other operator POI team to improve network KPI..

- Appraise respective Heads regarding any performance deviation /Critical alarms in the network and ensure corrective action plan and resolving the issue.

- Ensure technical documents (Trouble shooting, RCA, MoP, Network/connectivity/trunking Diagrams, BoK (Body of Knowledge)) are prepared regularly for the respective projects and the same is shared to the concerned team/Heads.

- Responsible for ensuring the Technical Skill level of the employees are enhance through training

- Review reports from all the part leaders in the circle & focus on areas to improvement.

- Interact & motivate the team members to achieve higher goal, acknowledge & appreciate the good work of the team/Individual.

- Drive the team to focus in bringing customer delight.
