Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national retail leasing strategy to achieve ambitious occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and actively engage with prospective clients in the retail sector, showcasing our services and understanding their unique needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within the retail industry.
- Spearhead the expansion of our client base across diverse retail domains.
- Collaborate closely with the leasing team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and successful closure of deals.
- Foster seamless client transactions by working effectively with internal stakeholders, including leasing, finance, technical, and legal teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development and exceeding sales targets within the retail sector (minimum 8+ years)
- Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its key players.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
