About the role : Co-build a successful, high growth Microsoft practice panning across India and global along with leadership.

As an Inspirational business Leader :

- Primary responsibility for the role holder will be to grow our Microsoft D365 ERP business by acquiring new customers and mining existing customer for additional business.


- The role is directly, independently responsible for sales and business development activity to generate leads.


- In the opportunity cycle, the role holder will interact closely with senior client stakeholders / CxOs to understand the requirements for Microsoft solution and craft a compelling value proposition to win the business.


- This role will have a team of Microsoft technology experts to help in crafting the customer propositions.


- A significant part of this responsibility is to present and articulate approach and solution, handle deep functional & technical queries and objections from clients and ultimately win the business.

- Create positive influence on boards & CEOs, build an enviable market for MS Advisory practice.

As a Market Maker :

- Understand the MS macro-opportunity and strategize differentiated offerings. Work very closely with the OEM Microsoft team in India and drive joint GTM.

- Partner with all parts of the business (whether Service Lines or Sectors or Channels), in helping them understand Microsoft's positioning within the firm, and collaborate across to drive the transformational agenda

- Develop a business plan and go to market strategy, structure, revenues/growth, and investments (year 1 to 3)

- Deliver on financial metrics of top line (sales book & revenue book) and gross margin, for self and practice.

As A Leader :

- A critical dimension to the role, is to help scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing, and grooming talent. The role holder will also play a pivotal role in crafting as well as managing a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees are trained and proficient on the latest technologies of Microsoft and adjacent solutions like Power Platform.

- Network externally, as an ambassador in his/her market across the full spectrum of our services. Provide key trends and thought leadership to key stakeholders internally and clients (through white papers and industry representation).

- As a practice Leader, the role holder will also be responsible to successfully deliver Microsoft projects for customers. This leadership role is expected to provide oversight and ensure health of the client engagements - driving to successful implementation at the end. The role also entails coaching and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts the best development practices and methodologies, considers users experience, meets the business needs.

Desired Leadership Experience :

- Minimum 20 years of D365 experience across presales, delivery, and practice management. Preferably - should be currently in a practice leadership role

- At least 10 years of that in selling and delivering Microsoft ERP (AX, D365) solutions in India as a leader or middle management

- Extensive people management experience - building and growing teams

- Experience in leading client engagement and building relationships at CXO levels

Desired Technical Experience :

- Minimum 12 years of experience in architecture design and/or implementation of D365 Finance and Supply Chain. Of that at least 5-6 years of experience in designing and/or delivering complex, high volume, enterprise-wide solution on Microsoft

- Strong and Expert knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Microsoft D365 for Finance and Supply Chain, D365 for Project Operations

- Good knowledge of the Microsoft enterprise solutions - D365 for Commerce, D365 for Business Central D365 for Customer Experience modules, D365 for Power Platform, Insights module

- Successful deliveries of large, complex Microsoft programs spanning multiple solutions, integration, and deployments.

- Creation of IP, Solution accelerators and other innovative solutions on Microsoft that's helped win business or successfully deliver projects.

- Ability to build strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

- Deep Passion, Perseverance & Grit coupled with an inquisitive, learning nature.

- Strong verbal, written communication, data presentation skills,

- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

- Self-driven and motivated personality working with a strong conviction to make things happen.

- Any of the below certifications.

- Microsoft Certified Solution Architect

- Microsoft Certified D365 for Finance

- Microsoft Certified D365 for Supply Chain
