Director - Model Risk Audit - Bank

We are looking for Internal Auditor for Model Risk Team for one of the leading multinational banks.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Support the development and delivery of a flexible and risk-based audit plan that addresses regulatory requirements and provides independent assurance

- Provide quality, efficient, and effective assurance, influence business managers to improve controls, and contribute to strategic initiatives

- You can expect to enjoy an engaging and fast-paced environment, as well as considerable stakeholder interaction

- Managing workload to make sure internal audits processes are getting delivered within the stipulated budgets and timelines

- Engaging with stakeholders and making sure they have a clear understanding of business risks

- Leading a team and supporting recruitment and talent performance management activities, alongside the design and execution of the IA methodology training programme

Skills Required :

- Should have a background in Model Validation, Model Monitoring, Model Development, Model Performance, Model Audit.

- Prior experience in risk management and audits.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge in monitoring and testing effective controls

- The ability to assess and priorities data effectively

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
