Job Description - Reporting into a Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Providing middle office support to traders across Derivatives, Securities Currency and Sales Support

- Regular reviewing processes in line with volume and requisite resources

- Fostering a Risk and Control mindset within the team and organization culture

- Engaging with traders, operations and technology on various issues and managing delivery on expectations

- Identifying opportunities for streamlining processes, improving efficiencies and increasing platform capabilities

- Partnering with carious teams on different initiatives related to Change, projects and system improvements

- Representing India service center in global forums for updation on performance, risks, programs, initiatives and strategy

- Instilling a customer centric mindset to ensure superior delivery and experience

- Participating in industry and global forums

- Building subject matter expertise while grooming top talent to grow center capabilities

The Successful Candidate - Having spent atleast 15 years in Investment Banking Middle Office operations, you must have a thorough understanding of products and processes in the Securities and Derivative space. Having worked in close proximity with the trading desk, you should have a strong operations background with proven abilities in managing global diverse teams. With an ability to work through and influence various stakeholders in a matrix environment, you should have orientation towards details, strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills. Having led global programs and initiatives, you should have a good understanding of Technology and should have driven large scale Transformation projects with exposure to Lean or Six Sigma projects.
