Opening for Female Director- IB Middle Office Operation for Bangalore location .

Looking for a leader who can head up middle office/banking operation business unit of 1300-1500 employees.

Responsible to partner with various parts of the Group for defining strategies, developing road maps and delivering key transformation / sourcing projects and services for various business lines of the Group.

20+ years of experience of which last 8-10 years in a leadership role.

Should have prior experience of managing offshore team across multiple locations.

Domain experience Investment Banking Operations covering middle office, back office, reconciliations and financing operations across all asset classes and regions
