Job Title - Director - Mergers & Acquisition

Location - Mumbai

Reports to - Senior Director

Job Responsibilities:

- Must be experienced in the field of Corporate Restructuring and M&A.

- Development of strategy for expanding company's business.

- Developing long lasting relationships with potential and current clients based on trust.

- Identifying and tageting potential clients and driving sales to get their business.

- Recruit and develop own team.

- Provide advisory solution to the clients.

- Actively participating in the execution of the projects sourced.

- Provide High Quality Service to the client.

Other Skills:

- Strong analytical aptitude.

- People management and leadership skills.
