About Our Client

Our client is a leading M&A and Private Equity advisory firm currently expanding its corporate finance team across sectors including Infrastructure, Pharma, IT, Consumer, Agriculture and others. To support some exciting deal flow they are currently looking for Director/Managing Director to join their team in Mumbai

Job Description

- As a Director/MD, your primary role will be the origination of potential M&A / Corporate Finance mandates. You will also be responsible in the management and coaching of more junior members within the team, over seeing due diligence efforts, as well as being an intermediary between both internal and external parties

The Successful Applicant

- Experienced Director with at least 10 years of experience in a reputable corporate finance team with at least 5 years M&A focus

- Ideally completed at least 5-7 M&A transactions in the last 2/3 years

- Strong deal experience in the Indian markets

- Strong modeling and valuation skills

- Experience in both execution and origination of M&A and PE transactions

- Strong communication skills
