About our Client - Our client is a fast growing MNC Financial Services firm. With expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Director/MD to set-up & head their operational excellence function. They are looking for seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience to join their team

Job Description - Reporting into the Head of India Operations, you would be responsible for establishing & leading the Operational Excellence function for the organization. The role shall entail setting up the entire function and driving transformation & operational excellence projects across diverse investment banking products and services at a global level. You will work as internal consultant to business, leading a team of change management professionals to drive change management and process improvement initiatives. You would be managing relationship with business heads and other stakeholders across global geographies.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a MBA/Masters with at least 15 years of post-qualifying experience in quality, change management and transformation with a financial institution/investment bank.

- Thorough understanding of quality tools like Six sigma and Lean along with change management experience in a financial services environment.

- Prior experience of working in a consulting environment managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

- Exceptional interpersonal effectiveness and people leadership skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate
