Marketplace Director-UPTO 25LPA

- You will coordinate plans with marketplaces, and Store teams including.

- You will influence the adoption and expansion of the Marketplace.

- You will develop and execute a customized go-to-market plan through strong partnerships with the marketplace teams, to create the best customer experience.

- Continuously improve customer and seller experience by driving projects that improve Private Brands selection for customers and optimize the Selling Partner experience

- Drive and position HUFT as the top brand/seller in the category.

- You are able to improve search, reviews and ratings of the existing and new products.

- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and recognize that the requirement in an environment with constantly evolving consumer needs and sentiments will be to constantly think on your feet with ever-changing and impactful solutions.

- Own and manage the Marketplace Brands P&L, financial planning processes and business reviews

- You will be responsible for optimise inventories and order management for Marketplace

- You will be responsible for developing deep business and customer insights based on triangulation of data across our sales and marketing touchpoints, web reporting data and end-customer research & feedback.

- Set up and monitor regular analytics for reporting and efficiency improvement.

- You will be able to expand the sale channels without diluting the brand proposition for HUFT

- You have to share insights with key stakeholders of the Heads Up for Tails Stores team to influence product and sales strategies.

- Be the voice of the customer to resolve any customer issues, through partnership with the required teams.

- Leverage the marketplace marketing tools and data analytic platforms to understand customer purchase behaviour, persona, trends to determine monthly plans.

- Develop premium Store experience on Marketplace - that represents the Heads Up for Tails brand and storytelling for our products and services. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
