Job Brief:
Join our fast-growth global research firm to support our continued expansion. You'll apply your strong experience and knowledge to lead localised Marketing in APAC to support regional growth. Aligning with the holistic corporate branding and marketing objectives, you'll develop the strategy for both traditional and digital marketing programs, including in-person hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, video projects, and digital demand campaigns, which support the local sales and research analyst teams, as well as key global initiatives. You'll hold responsibility for building and managing the local Marketing team and contributing towards global Marketing's aggressive revenue goals.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in research or professional services marketing, preferably in the sourcing/outsourcing industry
- Solid Marketing strategy experience focused on the APAC market
- Strong knowledge of regional sourcing/outsourcing, tech, and/or industry events and membership organizations
- Excellent leadership skills, including team management and executive influence
- Excellent editing, writing, and storytelling skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Solid understanding of branding principles, including those that are key in protecting the reputation of a highly respected research firm
- Strong digital marketing experience and skills
- Media relations experience preferred
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop key brand building and lead generating programs, including events/conferences, digital demand campaigns, media relations, video projects, and webinars in the APAC region, with an initial focus on India
- Build and manage local marketing team, including digital demand group
- Work closely with the research analysts and sales leaders to develop programs that reflect and address their targets
- Function as a key leader within the global marketing team to execute on global branding and marketing programs
