Client is looking for candidates from Tier 1 Business School Graduates, who can join at short notice -

Not a Sales position -

Our client is a Cloud based Data Integration Platform that seamless integrates and/or migrates data between various business apps like Shopify, QuickBooks Online, Freshdesk, SalesForce, FreshBooks etc. The top two ways that we get traffic to our site is through our blog, participating in forums, activities on social media and through our organic search optimization for several popular integrations. We currently have a blog with monthly traffic of 3,000 unique visitors, with increment of around 10% for the last six months.

Problem: Current efforts in content marketing are not producing action oriented results. We need a data-obsessed Content Marketing Specialist who oversees all content marketing initiatives to drive leads, subscribers, sales, and revenue.

You would have these objectives / goals:

- Increase traffic to 10,000 unique visitors per month within the next three - six months

- Track and improve conversions of blog readers to free trial users

- Grow an email list of interested readers who enjoy the blog content and don- t mind hearing from our client once a week

To achieve those objectives, you would perform these recurring activities on a daily / weekly basis:

- Develop profiles for customers.

- Shortlist a couple of important customer segments based on their online behavior and engagement

- Create a content calendar based on target customer segments and analytics.

- Create useful and awesome content that's focused on customers - Blog and Newsletters.

- Share content on other blogs and publications that link back to our client's blog

- Thoroughly examine the blog's traffic data using Google Analytics.

- Determine where the traffic to the blog came from and how the conversions vary from each source.

To achieve success in the role, you need the following characteristics and skills:

- Marketer with an uncommon talent for writing (you- re not a writer with a passing interest in marketing)

- An avid reader (you read, research, and analyze topics in order to find original, thoughtful ways to help our readers succeed)

- Creative (generate ideas and also to author various forms of content)

- Data Driven and Analytical ability (to infer data and make decisions)

- Organized (plan and market content)

- Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS systems.

- (Bonus) Familiarity with Data Integration, Cloud applications
