Hiring Director - Marketing for one of the Large MNC, based at Mumbai.

A Female, with a Post Grad in Marketing from IIM's / XLRI / FMS / SPJIMR with at least 12-15 years of experience in the field of Marketing with good amount of Sales / Business Development experience in a MNC FMCG/ Pharma & Healthcare outfit, of which at least last 3-4 years at the Leadership / Sr. Leadership Level is mandatory.

The role in Brief :

- Develop and own the Marketing Strategy for the SBU

- Develop a specific and unique brand position for the SBU

- Drive Strategic Planning and Business Planning process

- Responsible for the Product Gross Profit margin in INR by managing pricing and portfolio mix decisions

- Develop and own relationships with KOLs across the country

- Engage with AP regional marketing for key initiatives

- Set and execute processes for collecting market intelligence including competitive activity

- Support the sales team for winning in market with campaigns and product information

- Lead and develop the marketing team to deliver franchise business objectives
