Director: marketing and operations in world's no.1 group in timeshare industry (8-15 yrs)
Job Summary :
(primary purpose & general description of the role) :
The Director : Marketing & Operations role is to develop strategies and plans in conjunction with the business heads. Collaborative efforts to support overall trading and improve customer relations with members and affiliates.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership to the operations and marketing team
- Effectively manage day to day trading and own the trading metrics & KPI for the region
Operations : work with the team in achieving day to day trading and achieving budgeted numbers. Plan and execute strategies to deliver numbers
- Oversee functioning of Member Services Department. Focus on Customer Experience and ensure customer satisfaction and NPS scores
Marketing :
- Plan and execute thru the team integrated marketing campaigns to support trading and KPIs
- Creating innovative and engaging marketing offers and interventions to improve customer stickiness both members and affiliates
- Responsible for creating and execution of collaterals across digital and physical channels that includes RCI publication material
- Overall strategy and execution plan for online Channel development and digital media thru the team
PR : chalk out calendar for both short terms bursts and long term media intervention specifically affiliate / trade facing
Studio management : help in conceptualizing and creating best in class collaterals that are highly engaging and consistent with the brand requirements
- Leverage technology and innovations by utilizing global initiatives and also catering to local demand
- Coordination with SLT and global teams and provide necessary support in achieving overall business objectives
- Creating and maintaining a COM atmosphere to ensure smooth execution and delivery to all stake holders
- Collective responsibility in working closely with industry body such as AIRDA to overall influence development of timeshare industry and gather trade insights
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIRED :
- Masters degree in business administration /marketing desirable or the equivalent in job experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Knowledge and Experience of working within Indian markets.
- Extensive knowledge of direct consumer marketing experience, preferably in a membership organization.
- Experience of using CRM and database marketing successfully a plus
- Good understanding of Marketing services ie print & production processes
- Have been involved in the management of the publication & distribution of a comprehensive range of magazines.
- Strong competencies around communication, influencing, analytical ability, planning and organizing.
- Goal orientated approach and ability to drive results.
- Significant Management experience at Director level with well-developed leadership skills
- Energetic, ambitious and highly motivated self-starter with proven track record in marketing.
- Adaptable in an ever changing environment.
- Proven budget and project management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
